Support after installation
Good systems deserve good care.
General guidance for solar PV, inverters, batteries, controls, and solar water-heating equipment. Always follow manufacturer instructions and system-specific advice.
A sensible routine
Look after the system, enjoy the comfort.
Note unusual noises, warning indicators, changes in operation, or visible damage without opening equipment or touching exposed wiring.
Keep access around system equipment clear. Do not climb onto a roof or clean electrical equipment without appropriate training and precautions.
Ask the installer or a qualified service provider about inspection intervals for panels, mounting, electrical protections, batteries, controls, plumbing, valves, and backup heating.
Store the installation invoice, equipment manuals, error messages, warranty documents, and service history together.
Describe the equipment, symptoms, visible warning messages, and when the issue began. Photos may help explain the issue but cannot confirm the fault or repair cost.
